Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Digiholix (“we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging us you agree to them. Where a signed proposal, quotation or agreement covers a project, that document takes priority over these terms if the two conflict.

We provide web design and development, UI/UX and graphic design, performance marketing and paid media, social media management, custom software (such as billing, CRM and inventory systems), mobile apps and AI agents. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in its proposal or quotation.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects usually start after an advance payment, with the balance due on milestones or before launch, as set out in the proposal.
• Retainers (such as social media or ads management) are billed monthly in advance.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST or VAT, which are added to invoices.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Advertising budgets on Meta, Google or other platforms are paid by you directly to the platform, or reimbursed to us, and are separate from our management fee. Domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock media, software licences and similar costs are also billed separately unless the proposal says otherwise.

• Provide content, feedback, approvals and access on time. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
• Make sure the material you give us (logos, photos, text, product claims) is yours to use and complies with the law and platform policies.
• Review work before it goes live; approval means you accept it.

Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start them.

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project. Third-party software, fonts and media remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media.

Some websites under /demo are speculative concepts we design for businesses before working with them. They use publicly shared material from those businesses and do not imply an endorsement or a partnership. If you are one of these businesses and want a demo changed or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

We work carefully and to professional standards, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, follower growth, leads, sales or return on ad spend, because these depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and market conditions. Bugs reported within 30 days of launch in work we built are fixed free of charge.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

We keep your business information, credentials and unpublished work confidential and use them only to deliver the project. We are happy to sign an NDA on request.

Either party may end a project or retainer with 15 days’ written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date, and we hand over finished deliverables once the account is settled. Advance payments for work already started are non-refundable.

Content on this site, including text, designs and images, belongs to Digiholix or its clients and may not be copied without permission. Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security or sending spam through the contact form.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, will be subject to the courts of Hubballi, Karnataka.
