Privacy policy

Digiholix (“Digiholix”, “we”, “us”) is a digital studio offering web design and development, performance marketing, social media management, software development, mobile apps and AI solutions. We operate from Akshay Park, Gokul Road, Hubli, Karnataka, India, and work with clients in London, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We only collect what we need to reply to you and deliver our work:

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp: your name, number or address and whatever you choose to share with us in the conversation.
• Client projects: business details, brand assets, logins or access you grant us, and billing information needed to invoice you.
• Usage data: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics (such as pages visited, referrer, country and device type) collected through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

• To respond to enquiries and send quotes or proposals you ask for.
• To plan, deliver, support and invoice the projects you engage us for.
• To run ad campaigns and social accounts on your behalf, under your instructions.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process personal information with your consent (for example when you submit the contact form or message us), to take steps towards or perform a contract with you, to comply with the law, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) or the UK GDPR applies, we follow it.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting and analytics (Vercel), form handling, email and cloud storage, under their own privacy and security terms.
• Platforms you ask us to work on for you, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, WhatsApp or your domain and hosting providers.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some providers may store data outside India or the UK. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards.

Our site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and to live demo websites. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply. An Instagram reel embedded on our site is served by Instagram and may set its own cookies when you play it.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project and billing records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 8 years in India). Access credentials you share with us are removed when the project ends.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Write to digiholix.agency@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
