Three brothers, one recipe book, one town.

Devendrappa, Kanakappa and Kadappa grew up in Kapgal, a farming village in Koppal. They learnt the trade in Bengaluru under Sri K. G. Anthony at AMBAA’S Pastries, and in 2013 opened a single counter on Gokul Road, Hubballi.

Eleven more counters followed. The recipe book did not change. Same butter, same ovens, same hands rolling out the morning’s bread before the city wakes up.
